Domestic Trips

A non-refundable deposit is required with each reservation, and the BALANCE is due 30 days prior the course
starting date. If you pay your course fee in total and cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to the course start date, your course fee balance is refundable, less your non-refundable deposit. We are sorry, but NO REFUNDS are made within 30 days prior the activity starting date.

International Trips

A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required to book International Expeditions or Treks; an additional payment
equal to 25% of the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure. The final payment for the balance remaining is due 60 days prior to departure. If you cancel your reservation 90 days or more prior to your expedition or trek, your expedition or trek payments minus the $1000 non-refundable deposit are refundable. A 50% cancellation fee is required with the balance being refundable when cancellations are received between 60-90 days prior to the course departure. We are sorry, but NO REFUNDS are made within 60 days prior to the course starting date.
